Young People
We provide semi-independence accommodation-based support to young people aged between 16 – 25 years of age.
Mental Health
We understand that suitable housing with the right support is an essential part of overcoming mental health challenges. Our range of mental health support services are tailored to fit.
Disabilities
We provide expert tailored support and care for people aged 18 or over with mild, moderate or severe disabilities, including autism, physical and sensory disabilities and similar ailments.
Homelessness
We support adults who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, and who may also need to overcome a dependence on addictive substances.
We believe in encouraging and motivating people to do as much as they can for themselves, by helping them to gain practical and cognitive skills through personalised support.
The people we support have the choice and control in their lives, and have a voice which shapes our services, based on their preferences and views. We provide support so that people can move on to live independently and/ or provide permanent accommodation with support when complete independence is not possible. We make every effort to help people live happy and fulfilling lives.
